BBQ food is mostly well like by the people, especially when there is chalet, outdoor outing. However, BBQ food might be harmful to our health if you handle well! First of all, don over cook the food or let the fame touch the food, as if do so, number of chemicals to be formed, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) which can be harmful. dont undercook it also, as the bacteria in the meat might survive which will cause food poisoning.
The way to reduce the amount of PAHs and HAs formed when you cook meat, don't let flames touch food when you're barbecuing or grilling and cook at lower temperatures for a longer time.
