In China, More than half the plants were found to be located along two of China's most important rivers, the Yangtze and Yellow rivers, which are relied upon by millions of people. Therefor, once any of the river is affected, such as the example of explosion on 13 November at a PetroChina chemical factory in the north-eastern province of Jilin would simply cause 3.8m people without water for five days.

However this is not to be say that cannot be solve, first of all, powerplants, factory should not build along the river, especially where there is people depending for the water for survival. People should also don take things for granted too, don always wait until the importance of water and air pollution effects. we must protect our earth!
