Mining and smelting activities actually had cause alot of natural places to become industries. Forest, which had lots of living animals now become homeless, Yes, people might live better due to the rich resources that they had, but think again, once the natural environment is remove, it could never be there again. Whats more is that mining cause great impact on our human health too, they will commonly suffer from ill health, ranging from throat irritation to cardio-respiratory disease and cancer.

my own poiny of view is that, countries should not just see the side of economy growth but also natural environment health.
